The Chelsea Roof terrace and Tea Room is an urban Agriculture proposal. This proposal provides roof top access and urban Agriculture opportunities for the occupants of this Chelsea townhouse. The design would incorporate an automated plant feeding and monitoring system a rainwater water collection and storage system all passively controlled and powered using embedded solar panels located on the roof a new centrally located tea room. The design embraces sustainable principals and maintains a zero carbon footprint. It also increases the viability and provides a platform to conduct and sustain urban agriculture within Manhattan.
